Compensation

Annual Review and Bonus – most active team members of Storr Office Environments, Inc. are eligible for the annual profit sharing bonus program. This goal-sharing program focuses on the performance of Storr Office Environments, Inc. as a whole; however, several positions at Storr also have individual pay for performance bonus programs, which focus on individual performance.

Health and Wellness

Storr Office Environments, Inc. provides the following services to support your health and well-being and to help you manage your personal and family responsibilities.

Corporate Chaplain – Team members and their dependents can receive counseling from a Chaplain through Storr Office Environments, Inc. The Chaplain is available to serve and support every team member and their families when they are faced with difficult times in their lives regardless of their faith background.  The program is free, confidential and voluntary.

Flexible Work Arrangements – for eligible team members, Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers a generous telecommuting policy to support work/life balance and flexible work arrangements to accommodate family needs.

Annual Flu Shots – For eligible team members, Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers a free on-site flu clinic to promote good health.

Ergonomic Work Stations – Storr Office Environments, Inc. provides its team members with the tools needed for a safe, comfortable, healthy and productive work environment.

Financial Assistance – Team members and their spouses can receive financial counseling through Dave Ramsey’s Smart Dollar or Financial Peace University.  The program is free and voluntary.

weCare – Our Corporate Chaplain along with several of your Storr teammates have partnered to create a program that  provide support to team members and members in the community impacted by a very challenging life situation. Team members may request assistance from the weCare program to assist them in challenging times.  All requests are reviewed CONFIDENTIALLY by a 3 person group within the weCare team only.

Benefits 

Medical Coverage – Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers team member’s superior and affordable options for medical coverage. In an effort to provide you with a plan that fits you and your family’s needs we provide three different medical plan options to choose from. Your medical coverage will be administered by MedCost and all three options are “open access” PPO plans, which means that you do not need to select a primary care doctor nor will you need a referral to visit a specialist.  As long as you remain in the network, your benefits will be covered at the higher in-network benefit amount. The premium plan provides exceptional coverage with a large network of physicians. The standard plan also has great coverage with minimal premiums for team members and their dependents.

Dental Coverage – Your dental plans are provided by Ameritas. You and your dependents can choose any dentist you would like.  Dental coverage is provided to team members.  We offer two plans; a base and a buy up plan.

Vision Coverage – Your vision plan is provided by VSP.  Vision coverage is provided to team members. Team members and their dependents are eligible for eye exams and credit toward lenses or contacts once a year. Frames are provided every two years.

401(k) Retirement Program – Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers team members a variety of 401(k) investment plans. Team members are eligible to participate in Storr Office Environments, Inc.’s 401(k) plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Storr Office Environments, Inc. discretionary matching contribution is 50 cents per dollar of employee contributions to an annual maximum outlined below up to 6 percent of salary. The employer match is fully vested after five years. Team member contributions are always 100 percent vested.

Paid Time Off – Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers a generous vacation policy. Team members enjoy 60 hours of paid time off in the first year, then receive three weeks of paid time off in their first through fourth years of employment.  After 5 years, paid time off increases to four weeks per year.

Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care – Storr Office Environments, Inc. offers flexible spending accounts to help team members save money on medical and dependent care expenses.

Life Insurance – Storr Office Environments, Inc. provides team members with life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance of one times their annual base salary up to $50K at no cost.

Supplemental Life Insurance – Storr Office Environments, Inc. gives team members the opportunity to buy additional life insurance for themselves, their spouses and their dependent children at Storr Office Environments, Inc. group rates.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance – Team members are eligible for an additional insurance policy of one times their annual base salary up to $50K at no cost.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance – Storr Office Environments, Inc. provides team members with insurance coverage for both short-term (less than three months) and long-term (more than three months) disabilities.

Supplemental Long-Term Disability Insurance – Team members are eligible to buy additional income protection at Storr Office Environments, Inc. group rates to increase their long-term disability income benefit.

Change-A-Life – Team members are invited and encouraged to donate and make a difference in someone else’s life. Your financial gift will be payroll deducted according to your pledge form by either a “one-time” contribution, regular payroll contributions, or as a “random one-time” contribution by selecting a Featured Organization; or by introducing a ‘non-profit’ of your choice. Team member donations are matched by Storr up to $1500 per team member per year.

Casual Dress Attire – The Company recognizes the growing popularity of casual dress and the positive effects of this shift to boost employee morale, improve quality, and increase productivity, therefore, creating a more comfortable work environment. Therefore the Company will permit casual attire Monday – Friday for team members in a non-customer facing role. You are responsible for ensuring that your dress and grooming project a positive image to clients and to the public.
