Experience Seating That Starts With People, Not Products
You asked, we listened. Where Design Meets Performance is back and ready to shake up the conversation around workplace design. This time, join us on September 9th at Junction West, located in the heart of downtown Raleigh’s vibrant and historic warehouse district. Using Steelcase’s Community-Based Design approach, we’ll explore how high-performing task-seating starts with deeply understanding how teams live, move and connect—then designing environments that support them. This series dives into something we use all day but rarely think about: the chair we sit in.
Hear from Mark Spoelhof, designer of the Karman task chair, and professional certified ergonomist Kevin Butler as they share insights on how user-research and community-voice drives the design of task seating.
Plus, all attendees can enter to win one of two fully customized Karmans—a premium seating experience valued at over $1,000!
