It is the company’s goal that all team members earn enough to provide the basic costs required for a dignified, healthy life and the ability to save for their future. Therefore, Storr has set a sustainable living wage minimum of $16 per hour.
Every year, Storr Office Environments has an Annual Performance Assessment Process to ensure all team members have an opportunity to receive feedback on their performance for the previous year and provide their own assessment of their progress throughout the previous year. At the conclusion of the assessment period management and the individual team member will set growth goals for the next year.
Storr Office Environments offers a generous vacation policy. Full-time team members enjoy 80 hours of paid time off in the first year, then receive three weeks of paid time off in their first through fourth years of employment. After 5 years, paid time off increases to four weeks per year. Team members can also purchase additional PTO each year.
