Annual Review and Bonus – Most active team members of Storr Office Environments are eligible for the annual profit sharing bonus program. This goal-sharing program focuses on the performance of Storr Office Environments as a whole; however, several positions at Storr also have individual pay for performance bonus programs, which focus on individual performance.
Sustainable Living Wage: It is the company’s goal that all team members earn enough to provide the basic costs required for a dignified, healthy life and the ability to save for their future. Therefore, Storr has set a sustainable living wage minimum of $14.50 per hour.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Storr Office Environment provides the following services to support your health and well-being and to help you manage your personal and family responsibilities.
Corporate Chaplain – Team members and their dependents can receive counseling from a Chaplain through Storr Office Environments. The Chaplain is available to serve and support every team member and their families when they are faced with difficult times in their lives regardless of their faith background. The program is free, confidential and voluntary.
Flexible Work Arrangements – for eligible team members, Storr Office Environments offers a generous telecommuting policy to support work/life balance and flexible work arrangements to accommodate family needs.
Annual Flu Shots – For eligible team members, Storr Office Environments offers a free on-site flu clinic to promote good health.
Fit Life Programs – Your physical, mental and emotional health is essential to a high-quality life. Storr Office Environments want all of our team members to achieve the highest quality of life possible. Regular exercise and healthy nutrition are key factors in achieving physical, mental and emotional health. Storr Office Environments has three Fit Life Programs to encourage and reward healthy behaviors. The Fit Life Programs are voluntary and you can participate in one, two or all three of the different programs.
Ergonomic Work Stations – Storr Office Environments provides its team members with the tools needed for a safe, comfortable, healthy and productive work environment.
Financial Assistance – Team members and their spouses can receive financial counseling through Dave Ramsey’s Smart Dollar or Financial Peace University. The program is free and voluntary.
Marriage Counseling – Life is full of stress and sometimes those outside factors impact people’s personal relationships. To help engaged and married couples reconnect, Storr Office Environments will cover the cost for Weekend to Remember seminars provided by FamilyValues.com. These seminars are geared to help couples rediscover their relationships away from distractions.
weCare – Our Corporate Chaplain along with several of your Storr teammates have partnered to create a program that provides support to team members and members of the community impacted by a very challenging life situation. Team members may request assistance from the weCare program to assist them in trying times. All requests are reviewed CONFIDENTIALLY by a 3 person group within the weCare team only.
Holidays – Storr Office Environments observes the following 9 paid holidays:

Paid Time Off – Storr Office Environments offers a generous vacation policy. Team members enjoy 60 hours of paid time off in the first year, then receive three weeks of paid time off in their first through fourth years of employment. After 5 years, paid time off increases to four weeks per year.
Change-A-Life – Team members are invited and encouraged to donate and make a difference in someone else’s life. Your financial gift will be payroll deducted according to your pledge form by either a “one-time” contribution, regular payroll contributions, or as a “random one-time” contribution by selecting a Featured Organization; or by introducing a ‘non-profit’ of your choice. Casual Dress Attire – The Company recognizes the growing popularity of casual dress and the benefits of this shift to boost employee morale, improve quality, and increase productivity, therefore, creating a more comfortable work environment. Therefore the Company will permit casual attire Monday – Friday for team members in a non-customer facing role. You are responsible for ensuring that your dress and grooming project a positive image to clients and the public.
Storr Adoption Policy – Did you know there are about 400,000 children in foster care in the United States? And, there are about 18 million children in the world who have lost both of their parents. Because of this, the owners of Storr are strong supporters of adoption. Therefore, Storr wants to support Members through the adoption process. Adoption assistance is a benefit available to regular full-time Team Members. Adoption will be defined as steps taken through a legal procedure to assume parental responsibility for an unmarried child younger than eighteen (18) years of age.
